Subject: TIC TF11 Outdoor Rock Speakers and TFS50 Outdoor Rock Subwoofer
This company provides A+ service, the subwoofer was damaged by FedEx delivery on Friday and my parent's anniversary party was on Saturday. I called customer service and they over-nighted a big heavy TIC TFS50 rock speaker to me on Saturday. I know it cost them a lot of money to do that, but it makes me a very happy customer.
Plus the new satellite design subwoofer is easy to setup, no extra wiring or receiver, I did the installation in about 1 hour. The bass and overall sound is wonderful. Thank you and keep the good work.

This was second set of speakers we bought from you, the first set are TFS5 for our patio. We need these bigger ones for our pool area. We like your products which produce excellent full range sound and look good. The price was 1/3 what we would have to pay for other product. We are very impressed that just as soon as we placed the order there was a confirmation email. On the next day (Monday) we received a FedEx tracking number informing us that our order will be arriving to us on Wednesday. Overall we are very pleased with your service and products.

I had hard time locating these speakers on the web, you shipped out the same day I placed the order. I like the speakers too, it is very heavy but look very natural in my backyard. The sound is excellent, just as good as my Polk floor standing speakers inside the house. I can't wait when summer comes.

Wow, I'm glad that I bought these top of line rock speakers from you. I have Bose 251 white patio speaker in my patio. I put these rock speakers around the pool area. They sound better than my Bose speakers. The woofer has a very good bass response and the tweeters sound crisp and clear. When I listen to my favorite jazz music, these rock speakers sound more natural than the Bose speakers. It's like putting a jazz band in your backyard. Make sure you have a descent size amplifier, as these speakers will take advantage of some big watts.
