PAYMENT METHODS

  • CHARGE CARDS- We accept MasterCard. Visa, Discover & American Express. Please have your card handy when calling. We will require information from the front & back of the card for security purposes, including the CVV2 Security Code. If authorization cannot be obtained for your charge card at the time of shipment, you will need to make arrangements for an alternate form of payment.
  • PREPAID- You can send in a money order, company check, or personal check with your order. We must hold all orders placed by a personal or company check until the check has cleared; please allow two weeks. Orders paid for with guaranteed funds (ie: money order, cashier's check, certified check, wire transfer) will ship within 24 hours of receipt.
  • GIFT CARDS- Gift cards purchased from OutdoorSpeakerStore.com® are a valid method of payment. Gift cards must be used in their entirety. No refunds are issued for a partial used gift card. Some exceptions may apply. Call for details.
  • TEXAS CUSTOMERS- We are required by law to collect 8.25% Texas State sales tax from residents of Texas. Texas businesses must submit a tax exempt certificate to avoid being charged sales tax.
  • RETURNED CHECKS- There wil be a $25.00 returned check charge added to the face amount of any check returned to OutdoorSpeakerStore.com®, plus any legal fees incurred.
  • HOW to find your CVV2 Number- On a Visa, MasterCard, & Discover please turn your card over & look in the signature strip. You will find (either the entire 16-digit string of your card number , or just the last 4 digits), followed by a space, followed by a 3-digit number. That 3-digit number is your CVV2 number. (See below). On American Express cards, the CVV2 number is a 4-digit number that appears above the end of your card number.
    SHIPPING TIME- All UPS orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt. All US Mail orders are shipped the next business day. Delivery time for orders shipped via UPS Ground is 1-7 business days. Delivery time for orders sent via US Mail is 2-14 business days.
  • SHIPPING METHODS- Unless otherwise specified, we ship via UPS Ground Service. You may choose to ship UPS 2nd Day Air Service or UPS Next Day Air Service if express shippment is needed. This does not include Saturday delivery, and keep in mind that if we don't receive your order before 3:00 PM CST the order will ship the following day. We reserve the right to require payment bt charge card for express/air shipments. UPS Service is available to Canada. UPS can not ship to a PO Box; please select US Postal Priority Mail.
  • SHIPPING CHARGES- Shipping charges are figured by addin $0.99 to carrier's current chart rate. C.O.D. customers will also be charged carrier's C.O.D. fee of ($7.50 fir UPS at the time of this posting) for each package shipped. Some products will have handling charges instead of shipping charges due to the package size and weight. We do not refund shipping or handling charges as this is a process to get your prodcuts to you from our facilities. Separate shipping charges apply to all Hawaii & Puerto Rico orders. "Free Shipping" promotions do not include Hawaii or Puerto Rico. Free Shipping charges may be reversed during the returning of products. See Returns below:
  • FREE SHIPPING- For purchases of $499.00 or more we offer free shipping. Some large quantity Commercial orders may not qualify for Free Shipping. Special quotes & pricing do not apply for Free Shipping. Some of our products may require additional charges due to over-size or weight. Note: Once freight charges exceed $50.00 our cost on free shipping orders we will charge the additional balance to your credit card. Free shipping charges may be reversed during the returning of products. See Returns below:

  • INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING- A $100.00 minimum order is required for all international orders. (does not apply to Canada). Additional fees & freight charges will apply. Federal Express is our common carrier for international orders.
  • INSURANCE- A nominal charge for insurance on orders of $100.00 or more will be automatically added to your order. (UPS charges $0.35 per $100.00 declared value).
BACKORDERS & RETURNS
  • BACKORDERS- When you order an item that is not in stock, you will be given two choices before you enter your payment information:

No Backorder: Simply ship what is available; cancel out-of-stock items from the order.

Backorder- Items that are in stock will be shipped when the order is processed. Shipping charges for the entire order will be made at this time. Out-of-stock items will ship when they become available with no additional charges. If these backordered items cannot be shipped within 30 days of the original order, the backorder will be cancelled.

Note: Backorders are NOT available to customers outside of the United States

  • MONEY BACK GUARANTEE- Purchase any of the quality products on this website and if for any reason you decide that the product does not suit your application or just isn't for you, simply return it to us, shipping paid, within 30 days of original purchase date and we will promptly issue you a merchandise credit or refund, less any shipping and handling fees, whichever you prefer. All returns must be submitted online for an RMA(Return Material Authorization) approval prior to returning the product(s). See (Returns) below for this step by step procedure. Items returned without an RMA will not be refunded. Items returned after the 30 day money back guarantee are not eligible for a refund. After recieving the RMA number, you will have 15 days to get the product(s) returned to us. Outdoor Speaker Store will not be liable for any merchandise returned after the 30 day return policy. Any return or product missing the UPC Barcode from a rebate that was sent or issued, & or recieved will not be allowed for the return of that product. Rebates cannot be reversed after recieving them & will not be allowed for a return. All returns for credit will be charged a $20.00 processing & handling fee to cover over-head & administrative costs. On Free Shipping orders that are to be returned for full credit, will have the reversal freight charge applied against the credit given. Some products may have a 25% re-stocking fee due to size & packaging. A 25% re-stocking fee may apply on items returned in non-saleable condition. Returned items must be returned in its original box with all original factory packaging, accessories, and manuals/literature included to receive full credit.

    "We are not responsible for goods damaged in return shipping or lost packages so please insure items are packaged securely and insurance is purchased on the item in case it gets lost or damaged."

  • ERRORS- Errors on Our Site
    Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and Outdoor Speaker Store reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Outdoor Speaker store will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with Outdoor Speaker Store's Return Policy.

  • RETURNS- Report all returns with the procedure & method below:
    • For all other returns, simply login to your account & click on "My Account" link at the top right side our website.
    • Then click on "Order History". On the next page that appears, click search. Your order(s) will appear on this next page.
    • Click on the actual order ID number itself & it will take you to that order where you can submit your return authorization.
    • Follow the directions given.
    • Make sure that you are within 30 days of the invoice date.
    • All RMA's must be requested online at our website in order for return. No RMA's will be issued by phone.
    • Once you have submitted your RMA online, one of our representatives will email your RMA number. Please print this number on the UPS or Fedex label & not on the actual product box.
    • Include carton, instructions, manuals, parts, accessories, and warranty cards.
    • All returns must be recieved by our RMA Dept within 15 days after recieving your RMA number. All returns must be received in a non-tampered condition in order to avoid a 25% restocking fee.
    • Package carefully to avoid damage in transit.
    • Ship via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground in US, Canada, & Puerto Rico. Products with signs of use, items damaged in transit to us due to improper packaging, and items damaged as a result of improper use are not returnable. Please do not use USPS (United States Postal) as a method to return products or goods to us. We have had numerous issues with them damaging & mishaldling products. We have also experienced major delays with them getting the products returned to us. UPS & FedEx are the carriers we recommend using for your return. Any mis-use from any carrier will not be the responsibility of ours or Outdoor Speaker Store.
    • Write your customer ID # or invoice # (located on the RMA page) on the outside of your box.
    • We will instruct you as to where to ship the returns to at the time the RMA form is given.
    • In the event a customer received "Free Shipping on their purchase, and are wanting to return that purchase for credit, Outdoor Speaker Store will deduct the original shipping & handling fees incurred for that customers order from their final credit.
    • All items must be received in a saleable condition.
    • All returns for credit will be charged a $20.00 processing & handling fee to cover over-head & administrative costs.
    • Any shipping and handling charges incurred at the time of purchase or for the return will not be refunded under any circumstance. (Even if the item was delivered as damaged or not functional). We reserve the right to replace and or repair any defective item(s) received before allowing the return of any product(s).
    • All returns are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee if not in the condition to re-sell.
    • All over-sized packages such as the TFS14 & TFS15 speakers will have a 25% re-stocking fee due to their size & weight, regardless of the condition of return.

  • INCORRECT PURCHASES- For all products purchased incorrectly that are requested to be returned after customer has recieved & opened the item purchased, are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Example: Customer buys the TFS5 Wired Rock Speakers Pair & thought they were wireless. All Wireless speakers are on the "Wireless Outdoor Speakers" page link & are not available in any other product category unless advertised a a "New Product" or special promotion. Please be sure to read to make sure your item is wireless or not wireless depending on what you desire.

  • CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES- Claims for damages or errors must be made within 5 days of receipt. Claims for damage must first be reported to the delivering carrier (save all packaging & cartons).
